Since 1992, when I opened Syzmic Cycles, my reputation among the biking community as an honest and talented motorcycle technician began to build. Many of my earliest customers still refuse to take their bikes to anyone else - even after all these years!

An American Iron Magazine Editor saw one of my custom Harleys at the 1996 Autorama in Reno and contacted me to do a photo shoot. When asked if I had built any other bikes lately, I just happened to have one finished - a 1973 Shovelhead FXE that had been crashed and resurrected as a custom bike for a local Sacramento County Sheriff. After viewing a picture of the bike, American Iron jumped at the chance to photograph both bikes and do separate stories on each. Syzmic Cycles was on the map!

When Biker's Dream opened in Sacramento, Calif. the owner asked me to help launch the business, and as the service manager, bring my technical and managerial expertise to the shop. Biker's Dream quickly became known as a shop where customers were certain to be treated with honesty and respect  - and their bikes were serviced, repaired, or customized with the highest attention to detail. I bring the same passion for motorcycles and my business ethics to TREADSTONE CYCLES.

When it comes to dirt bike experience, I have raced motocross, enduros, cross-country and trail rode for over 25 years. I stay current with the latest engine and suspension technology advancements while relying on years of experience and the manufacturers' repair information to provide my customers with the highest level of service and repairs.

I am also an ASE and Nissan Master Automobile Technician with over 26 years in the automotive industry as a technician, automotive journalist and instructor.
